I believe the moments that matter most deserve to be remembered as more than just a photograph.

 

I’m Caitlin Campbell, a photographer and videographer specializing in story-driven films and photography for schools, businesses, community events, and families.

While photography is often associated with traditional family portraits and individual sessions, my work goes beyond the posed photo. I love capturing the energy, people, personalities, and moments that make an event meaningful—the things you can’t fully experience through a single image.

Events, Schools & Organizations

I especially enjoy working with schools, businesses, organizations, and community groups to document the events that bring people together.

From school celebrations, performances, graduations, and special programs to corporate gatherings, holiday parties, staff events, community celebrations, and organizational milestones, I create professional photo and video coverage that allows those moments to be shared long after the event is over.

For schools and organizations, this can mean creating polished content for websites, social media, newsletters, recruitment, fundraising, community outreach, and future promotional materials.

My goal isn’t simply to show that an event happened.

It’s to capture what it felt like to be there.

Family Story Films

One of the most meaningful parts of my work is creating family documentary films.

Rather than simply photographing a family for an hour and sending them home with a gallery, I want to help families preserve the stories, voices, personalities, traditions, and everyday moments that make their family unique.

These films are designed to become something families can return to years from now—to hear a loved one’s voice, see the way their children laughed at a certain age, remember a season of life, and preserve pieces of their family’s story for generations.

Because photographs show us what a moment looked like.

Film lets us remember what it felt like.

Why I Do This

Whether I’m documenting a school community, a company celebration, a local event, or a family’s story, my approach is always the same: tell the story honestly and beautifully.

I want my clients to have more than files sitting on a hard drive. I want them to have something they can share, revisit, and keep for years to come.
